1. Eligibility and General Conditions

• 1.1 Real Money Only: The Spinoleague is available during real-money play only.
• 1.2 Entry Fee: No additional deposits, fees, or costs are required to participate.
• 1.3 Jurisdiction & Laws: Participation is subject to the player’s jurisdiction, the Casino’s discretion, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• 1.4 Participating Games: Spinomenal’s entire portfolio of slot games (including new releases) is eligible for participation.
• 1.5 Tournament ID & Currency: Each participating player receives a unique tournament round ID per currency. Changing currency during the Spinoleague may reset the player’s progress on the Leaderboard.
• 1.6 Opt-out Option: Where required by local regulations, players may elect not to participate in the tournament by pressing the “decline” button.

2. Tournament Structure

• 2.1 Multi-Round Setup: The Spinoleague is divided into multiple rounds in accordance with the official schedule.
• 2.2 Round Limits: Each round has its own maximum prize pool (displayed in the tournament tool) and a defined number of winning positions sharing that pool.
• 2.3 Total Pool: The aggregate maximum prize pool for the entire Spinoleague is EUR 12,000,000.
• 2.4 Leaderboard Reset: At the end of each round, the Leaderboard resets for the next round.

3. Score Calculation and Points

• 3.1 Formula: Players earn points based on the formula: Points = Amount Won / Amount Wagered. (Example: Wager €1 and win €10 = 10 points).
• 3.2 Finished Spins: Only finished spins or bets qualify for points and Leaderboard placement.
• 3.3 Free Spins Exclusion: Spins played using free spins awarded by the Casino do not qualify for points or Leaderboard placement.
• 3.4 Buy Feature / Buy Bonus: All awarded spins are treated as one bet. The wagered amount is the Buy Feature price, and the amount won is the total win from that feature.
• 3.5 Promotional Activities: Players may participate in extra promotional activities offered by Spinomenal or Casinos that award additional points per specific rules.

4. Qualifying Bets and Spin Limits

• 4.1 Minimum Bet: Each round has a minimum qualifying bet per spin displayed in the tournament tool.
• 4.2 Bet Limits: Some or all rounds may have a limit set in the tournament tool on the number of bets that count toward a player's score. Bets placed above this limit will not count toward the Leaderboard score.

5. Leaderboard Rules

• 5.1 Ranking Trigger: A player’s rank appears on the Leaderboard once the qualifying score shown in the tournament tool has been reached.
• 5.2 Tie-Breaker: If two or more players finish a round with the same number of points, the player who reached that score first will be ranked higher.

6. Prizes and Payments

• 6.1 Distribution: Prize pool distribution for each round is displayed within the tournament tool.
• 6.2 No Wagering Requirements: All prizes may be paid in money equivalent and are not subject to wagering requirements.
• 6.3 Cryptocurrencies: Prizes for crypto players are displayed in EUR and paid by Casinos according to their payment terms.
• 6.4 Payout Timeframe: Casinos are solely responsible for paying prizes within 96 hours from acceptance of tournament results from Spinomenal (excluding applicable bank holidays).

7. Prize Multiplier Wheel

• 7.1 Wheel Eligibility: After a round ends, eligible prize winners receive an option to play the Prize Multiplier Wheel for a chance to increase their prize.
• 7.2 Conditions: The wheel is available if the player won a prize, accesses it within 24 hours after the round closes, it is permitted by local law, and enabled by the Casino.
• 7.3 Outcomes: Players spin once to determine whether their prize is increased, remains unchanged, or is forfeited.
• 7.4 Outcome Validity: Outcomes are randomly determined at the moment of the spin and are final, irreversible, and non-repeatable.
• 7.5 Default Payout: If the wheel is not used or unavailable, the player receives their original round prize.

8. Errors, Malfunctions, and Fair Play

• 8.1 Malfunctions: Technical errors, malfunctions, or communication failures void all pays and plays.
• 8.2 Disqualification: Spinomenal reserves the right to suspend players, disqualify results, or adjust Leaderboard scores upon suspecting unlawful conduct or exploitative gaming.

9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

• 9.1 Terms Modifications: Spinomenal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spinoleague or these Terms at any time subject to applicable law.
• 9.2 Continued Acceptance: Continued participation following changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
• 9.3 Indefinite Suspension: Spinomenal may stop the Spinoleague indefinitely without paying prizes if continuation causes harm to Spinomenal, players, or Casinos.

10. Casino Responsibility

• 10.1 Obligations: Casinos are solely responsible for prize payments, player claims, and compliance with local legal and consumer-protection regulations.
• 10.2 Bonus Funds: Spinomenal cannot detect whether wagers are placed using bonus funds or real money. Any restrictions on bonus funds are applied at the Casino's discretion.
